“Booking from Overseas is a nightmare!!!”

We have booked fron Germany and we have used paypal. It is now less than 10 days for our arrival and the total amount should have been deducted from our account. But no only the deposit was taken. Now the warning if the full amount was not paid within 30 days of arrival the pitch will be given to somebody else. Why do you not take the full amount and confirm!! What we are to do now? Pay on arrival and take the risk? Or what? We do not even have a bank account of your to transfer the rest via paypal! Sorry booking from overseas needs to be improved!

Pitchup.com only takes the deposit from your card or PayPal account - we do make this clear throughout the booking process and in your booking confirmation email.

Instructions for paying your balance are explained in your booking confirmation email, together with the campsite's contact details for payment. Please contact us if you require us to resend this to you.
