COMPLAINT NOTICE
When I called the hotel in September to cross confirm my booking I was informed that my booking was not confirmed because they have some issue with the prices provided by you to me.
I say that due to your internal disputes which is none of my concern I am going through extreme mental harassment and embarrasment. Further my business is getting affected resulting into loss of profits due to the non-confirmation of my hotel booking from your side. I say that I have already booked my flight tickets for the said dates and as it is a peak season I am not getting booking and further the rates charged are very expensive.
I say that your services are deficient and I feel cheated by you. I say that your claim of being a reputed website is clearly misleading. My repeated complaints have fallen to deaf ears.
I direct you to confirm my booking within the next 24 hrs failing which I direct you to refund me my booking amount and Rs 75000 being my expenses for transportation alongwith interest of 24% p.a. from the date of booking till the date of payment,booking of new flight,booking of new hotel failing which I will be constrained to take legal action i.e both civil and criminal action against you and the persons at the helm of affairs of your so called reputed organisation and I would also approach the Consumer courts for appropriate reliefs. I would also be constrained to sue you for damages and for injunction from carrying on business in India by yourself and through agents.
I hope civility prevails and you resolve my issue at the earliest.

As per our records, I can see that your reservation was not able to be confirmed because of the circumstances beyond our control. Accordingly we direcly refunded the total amount back to your side immediately.
