I was impressed when I received a call after my trip booked through OneTravel to know if I was satisfied with my booking. There had been a misunderstanding with the confirmation and I was kindly offered a compensation to make up for it. I was really surprised that a company this size takes the time to follow up personally on their clients. Bravo!
