After trying to buy tickets online for a flight home, the website kept telling me that my order did not go through. After having the same thing happen three times, I lost hope , and just gave up and closed my laptop. In space of minutes i received a call from a very polite gentleman who not only helped me to book my ticket to go to the desired destination, but he also did it fast and stress free on my part.
The only negative thing about the call was the telephone connection, it was sometimes hard to hear, and sometimes the connection broke, in which case I was rang back immediately and after confirming the identity the process would continue.
Overall it was a very good experience , saved me a lot of time and stress!
