WORST HOLIDAY SITE TO BOOK WITH 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE

On the beach is not only a terrible site to book a holiday but they are absolutely incompetent. Firstly we found a deal that we both liked and was a reasonable price we selected the All inclusive deal which was significantly more than the others which is fine.( it was really late in the morning , ive now come to realise that their prices changes through out the day) we booked it straight away and I paid a deposit, all was good until I decided to look over the details of the holiday to make sure everything was in order as I'm looking over the details ive noticed that it has self catering instead of all inclusive however it still charged the price of all inclusive. so I call up ( their call rate is 10 per min and they keep you on hold for 30 mins before you speak to someone ) when I spoke to the lady I explained the situation she tried to tell me that was the price for self catering and what I had been charged was correct ( the price had changed from when I had booked it and even if it was the price of self catering when added up I was still over charged ) I explained to her that I took a screen grab of the price of the different prices for the boards the same morning I aid my deposit she was insitant that she was right and I was wrong they told me to email the proof to the customer service team who would have a look and deal with it. to this day nobody has gotten back to me about it further more to add to agrevation of the situation I didn't get my refund back for my deposit and even after emailing the team and telling them I want to cancle my booking they have now take money out of my account. also the refrence number they gave me ( which I copied and pasted directly from the email sent ) they said didn't exist. and when trying to log into my account to manage the booking to now see if I can cancel it that way the site says that my email address isn't registered to the site ( however they are emailing me everyday on that exact email address asking for payment.) I WOULD AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST.
