I Booked a weekend away in Spain with this awful company yesterday. We paid for all inclusive when confirmation came through it stated room only. Tried calling them today they were totally unhelpful, not interested and said they won't do anything about it and if we cancel will lose the flight money!!
Have now had to email them to try and upgrade its either going to cost us a fortune or won't hear back from them.
It's just to get more money out of you.
Not travelled yet but can guarantee we will never use this tin pot rip off excuse of a company again
