NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

The worst customer service I've experienced. After my partner and I were not picked up for our scheduled transfer back to the airport we had to pay for our own private cab there, when we called we were told that the coach came early (almost 40 min) and left as we were obviously not waiting outside, it states that you need to be outside five min early, we were in fact waiting outside 25 min early, we were told that as long as we kept our taxi receipt we would get a refund as the coach driver was now on route and couldn't turn around. However once back in the UK this was not the case, I sent over 4 emails to on the beach to whatever email I could find as you can never actually get through to speak to anyone. I also emailed the transfer company, I went as high up as I could. I even spoke to an agent that picked up my emails and assured me that she would pass them on and someone would get in touch, eventually I didn't care about the money I just couldn't believe that no one had contacted me, I even got sent an automated generic email to leave a review and I also never got any joy from that. Based on the fact that I never even got an email in return I will never be using on the beach again.
