Absolute disgarce -sell holidays that dont exist !!

Awful awful service - Do not use !! Twice we have booked a holiday , paid a deposit then 2 days later they call to cancel as holiday doesnt exist, they then want to increase price by over £400 for same holiday. Twice we declined to pay the extra so the booking becomes obsolete, however both times they have still debited the deposit originally paid to our bank account causing over drafts and bank charges. I thought the first time we had been unlucky but then same happened again, and this is obviously something they do on a regular basis to extort more money from you. They entice you in with prices cheaper than other companies but then want to increase the price once you have booked. They then sit on your deposit money for 10 days, meaning they had over £1200 of our money for 10 days before they gave it back, causing all sorts of problems for us financially - we were unable to make the installment repayment on my daughters school trip as there were no available funds in our account due to them debiting the £1200. By the time they give the deposit back 10 days later and we were in a position to rebook all the holiday prices have increased ! AVOID THESE GUYS - shouldnt be allowed to prey on honest holiday makers
