Amendment which has taken forever!

I am absolutely appalled by the service given by this company. I have requested to add a extra person to my holiday and it has taken over a month to get a quote and I still haven't recieved the quote! I have spoke to various customer service agents on the phone after waiting 45mins +++ to get through to be told my quote will come the next day but still nothing, so complete lies!! I have wrote an email of complaint and haven't got a response. It is terrible, my friend would like to know if she can come on holiday with us and cannot plan her summer hols until she knows. I understand these things can take time but at least tell me that don't keep saying it will be tomorrow and nothing comes!

The online live chat is rubbish, you get through and no even answers!
Telephone service is rubbish your left on held for 45minutes before you get through and it costs you a fortune!
The email service is also rubbish - you email a complaint and no one responds!

Let see if I get any response from this because it would be an absolute miracle if I do.
