TOTALLY INEPT!

I Have Travelled Abroad Many times in my life and must say that On The Beach have provided the WORST Customer Service i have ever experienced.
We booked a holiday totalling over £800 but was cancelled as a Ryanair flight had been cancelled.After numerous phone calls,which cost a fortune,i was informed that our Holiday had been cancelled and we would not be getting our money back.
The staff would say that they would get back to us and look into it ..... but we did not receive one returned call or e-mail/letter.
Fortunately, we had booked via credit card so after providing much evidence the credit card refunded our money.On the Beach actually informed them that they had sent us some holiday vouchers , which was not the case.
Advice; AVOID!
Also book your holiday on a credit card as it will protect you to a certain extent.Also document conversations, timings etc , names if you have any issues booking a holiday.
