Myself and 2 other paties have booked a holiday with On the Beach and we have had several urgent text messages from Monarch asking for us to contact our third party !!!!!
What a joke, contact On the Beach is impossible. Either by live chat (No response) On the phone, (holding on for 40 minutes,no answer) several emails through website (No reply).
We have tried to contact Monarch to ask what this message/change is and they will not deal with us and say to contact your third party !!!!!.


This has been going on for several weeks now and we are all at our wits end.

We will not be booking next year or recommending this company to anyone.
