had to cancel my holiday last minute lost all money which was ok but I was due to small refund £30 no response and I have sent them 4 messages over a week

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you had to cancel your holiday. Once we have processed your refund, it can take 5-7 working days for the bank to put this back into your account. If you haven't received your refund in that time scale, please give us a call so that we can trace the payment. Thanks - Emily
