I'm writing while still stuck in salou thanks to little or no help received from on the beach. 15 calls made to their helpline without one call being answered finally got through at 4 am only to be told they wouldnt help get us home or find somewhere else to stay during French air strike. Ryan air for all their faults sorted our flight for today and we with the help of trivago found a better hotel for our extended stay. My advise to anyone thinking of booking with them is find your own flight and hotel as you would get the same service as using on the beach and it will be cheaper.if you do use on the beach check their terms and conditions very carefully before booking.
