Booked a hotel with On The Beach yesterday and had an email and phone call a few hours later asking to contact them regarding the booking.
On phoning them back we were told that they'd contacted their suppliers and the hotel had gone up by £43.
We cancelled the hotel, but checked the site the following day and the hotel was STILL the same price as what we booked it for the day before!
Curiosity got the better of me, and after googling On The Beach, I found out that this is a common practise of theirs, with many people saying the same happened to them.
Needless to say I won't be using these ever again!
