Where to start. firstly when booking they suggested a hotel that people were complaining about being robbed while out of the room. Secondly I paid them £200 deposit online but they took £2000 instead. Took 10 working days for refund. We had to change hotel at our cost which they charges £246 for and took it Twice which took another 10 days to get back. They have no verified by visa to protect you from this and the website has done this twice now.

Most stressful experience and I've not even been away yet!!!
