Booked holiday in sept for Christmas 2012 one week later we were sent an email to say our Christmas dinner and New Year's Eve meal were to be excluded from our all inclusive fortnight holiday.
Took 5 weeks of emails and calls to sort this out. Expensive phone line
Booked return resort transfers too and when we landed booking agent had not received details of our booking. Took an hour to sort out at the airport!
