Couldn't book the holiday hotel and duration I wanted in Playa del Inlges with any of the major tour operators so tried On The Beach. After I had entered my requirements in their web booking page I got an immediate response with all my requirements met. I could also choose the flight operator which was a real bonus.

The transport arranged with On The Beach from the airport to the hotel was delayed on the outward journey as the driver had to wait for other flights coming in. But the journey from the hotel back to the airport was very straightforward and I was picked up at exactly the time the bus company said I would be.

I will be booking my holidays for 2013 with this company.
