When you book a flight and pay for it you expect to be able to go on your holiday and get to where you need to be.

No, not with on the beach because they do not use a live flight booking system so when you think the seats on the plane are yours, think twice they have sold you a virtual flight and not a real one.

Having booked 4 seats on a flight to turkey and subsequently booked a hotel with another company i was shocked to receive a phone call from on the beach to say that despite paying for the flight the seats were not mine, it has sold out. As a result i have lost £250 hotel charge because i could not get another flight on the dates i wanted.

The website should state clearly (before you pay) the risk you take in booking a flight and that the flight wont be yours until later confirmed.

I cannot stress how much this problem has caused us, and would advise you to consider this seriously before you use them.
