Yet Another Con

Yet another bad experience from OTB. January we were given the wrong address to our accommodation on a self drive holiday. After giving OTB the benefit of the doubt we booked a trip to Ibiza. Following our booking, I received a phone call and was informed that the price of the holiday had increased. This it not the first time OTB has done this I later found out from other customers. The increase was only an additional £30 (1st con) each but that is not the point. Customers need to be aware that they should expect to pay more than what is advertised. Having booked a 4 star hotel or so we thought, when we arrived it clearly stated a 2 star on the hotel sign. OTB forget to mention that this hotel is burgaled regular (2nd con). We were also told to print off our boarding passes, when I printed these passes out only the outbound passes were there. I assumed that weren't required for the return. Yet again more deceit, when I arrived at the airport I was met with a 180 euro charge for not having this print out although I had my printed tickets. I then discovered that OTB had kindly emailed at 3am the morning of my departure. Unfortunately I didn't have access to email nor a printer between 3am and 9am so get your money out again (3rd con). I WOULD STONGLY ADVISE THAT PEOPLE DO NOT USE OTB AS IT ENDS UP COSTING THE EARTH. PLEASE STAY WITH MAINSTREAM HOLIDAY COMPANIES AS LEAST YOU KNOW YOUR MONEY IS SAFE.
