“THEY STOLE MY MONEY”

I booked a holiday four days ago with this company, less than 24 hours after I booked I get a call saying my card won’t work, I called my bank to find they have tried to take the payment 3 times, the first one approved the second two declined as they would of gone over my limit, I called them to advise the first payment had been processed by my bank, they were adamant it declined at their end so now I am down £1500.00. My bank say they have taken my money and on the beach say they don’t have it, I queried the fact that they tried 3 times to take the funds as a company should only try once before contacting you, they advised they only tried once, I asked if they can hold my holiday until the funds go back into my account but they said I need to make another payment straight away which I refused, I said I wanted to cancel everything as they can’t be trusted. I asked for confirmation my booking had been cancelled, they said they would send an email. I am still waiting for this email!! I called their awful customer services, who advised they can’t resend the email, or send me written confirmation. After arguing with a manager who clearly didn’t have a clue I have given up trying to get my money back through them, I am in talks with my credit card company to raise a dispute if I don’t get the funds back by the end of the week, don’t waste your time with this company.
