I have been trying to cancel my holiday with onthebeach but with great difficulty. I went through the stream of there online system to cancel my booking at the cost of an additional £150! they then asked for my card to debit this amount and to be honest was more than happy to pay to get closure after reading all the terrible reviews. I have tried to login to my account and now they will not let me sign in saying you cannot login while cancellation is pending but the strange thing is they have not tried to debit the money from my account but what is concerning the have stored my two credit card details on the system. By what I have read so far I think they are probably trying to stretch it out so i am within my 28 day period before travel so they can hold me liable for the full balance.
