“Total Rip Off”

Think you are getting a cheap holiday. Then come the credit card charges. I paid a deposit and was charged. Then the balance and was charged. Total..£70. Then the Ryanair charge. £40.
I tried umpteen times trying to ring customer services on a premium line number at a cost of 50P a minute only to be put on hold. Total cost to my phone bill...£35.
Cheap holiday. Never again, and I would advise people not to go there.

To add on to the above. I have just managed to pay my balance through their website for our carefree holiday. They have charged my credit card twice for this. Now I'm trying to sort this out.
I'll need a holiday to get over all the stress of booking this one.
