we booked a flight for £301 aware that flight prices may change. Upon the booking they stated it would be an additional £80.00 thats £381.00 right?


they charges us £392.00 and when we called to complain and get a refund they was no empathy they just told us to put it in writting but we wont get a refund anyway because the flight company are a non refundable company.

So basically stating i was waisting my time. Despite explaining i paid on credit card so under act 75 they are legally bound to refund me.
