i made a big mistake when booking i did not notice my flight left from 1 airport and came back to another.only 2 mins after booking confimation came i rang but was told it all had to be done online so i filled in a change request which meant changing my date too.it took them 6 days to send me an email saying no flights were available for my dates and they would not help any further.i know it was my mistake but they were totally unhelpful and disinterested.also the price you see is not the price you pay there are so many add ons it is unbeleivable.i have had to cancel at great cost so if you must use them be very very careful.i have never come across such a bad company and iv'e used a few.
