Prices on the website for flights change so when you believe you have booked you have actually only put in a request. They kept contacting me over the next 3 days, phoning whilst i am at work and as a consequence flights went up. Just book direct with Ryanair air. Tried to contact company several times but i was always nine in the que and spent over 1 hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Use for accommodation, which is normally reasonable.

I booked a last minute holiday with on th beach last July (2011). Like everyone else I booked the holiday at a reasonable price and after I booked it I got an email to tell me that someone would be in contact with me within 3 days to confirm my booking & price?! I got the call only to be told that my flights had gone up by £210! Also when I booked the system froze and for some reason didn't allow me to add luggage. That was the biggest headache because when I asked the guy on the phone to do it he said he had but in actual fact he hadn't. I got to airport to be told I didn't have any lugguage on my reservation. I had to queue up at customer servies to be told that I would have to pay £150 for two suitcases (more expensive at the airport than if you prebook). I eventually got a refund from on the beach after numerous of phonecalls to their company (premium rate number 0800 etc) . Sometimes i would be holding for 20 minutes! Would never use them again.
