I'm 58 years of age so I've had more than my fair number of chances to experience awful customer service but On the Beach has taken this to a new level! I have to change flight details and cannot do so over the phone or the "My messages" section of their web site. I have now sent over 10 e-mails with no reply from this ignorant bunch of jokers. I have made numerous calls to the 50 p a minute line again without actually getting through. In short they will not return calls or answer mails even when you use their systems! I actually spoke with a "sales agent" in an effort to speak to anyone at this company. She couldn't give a toss and offered no assistance whatsoever. Christ, if I treated my customers the way this company treats its, I would be out of business tomorrow. I sincerely hope this mob go under and that in some small way I have contributed to their demise. I have now been obliged to independently book 2 return flights at a cost of £150 because these low lifes refuse to acknowledge I exist. NEVER EVER have I received such appalling "service". Why oh why didn't I look at the reviews sooner. If I had I never would have booked with this pathetic excuse for a company. I will be complaining in the strongest terms possible to their trade authority and will advise as many people as I can never to use this despicable company.
