I felt i had to leave this review to warn people to not use this company. They don't even deserve one star rating!! We booked ryanair flights to Palma mallorca through them as the prices were significantly cheaper than ryanair direct. The next day i received an e-mail asking to call back as there was a problem with the booking. After spending 20 minutes on a premium number trying to get through OTB claimed that the prices had gone up by another £124. The guy i spoke to claimed they were still cheaper than Ryanair website so i reluctantly paid the additional cost and then found to my dismay that the prices with Ryanair had i booked with them directly would have saved me £218! Of course once i had made the booking with OTB there was no getting out of it, and after many attempts at trying to contact CS with no response I have given up trying to get some sort of refund back. I just don't understand why it took 24 hrs for OTB to contact me to tell me the price had gone up from my original booking - once i had given my CC details that should have been the price i paid. The total lack of customer communication is shocking - once they have your booking and money they don't want to know

Total rip off - please do not use this company!!!
