We booked a break over half term, seemed a bargain only to get an email 2 days before we go to say there is a problem, please call... After an hour on hold 50p per minute to be told that the flights were fully booked and the next available flight was £150 each more and the next day. 3 very disappointed children and two very cross adults. I would never ever use them again.
