“Worst website and rip you off ”

I booked a deal for 4 night stay but they didn’t bother to call me just send me email prices are changed now to add extra 150 per person and then when I tried to call on customer services after waiting 20 minutes - where they make money - someone was laughing in back ground and making fun and just put the phone down !!!!

I spend 10 pound just to call customer service then I have to call my bank to cancel my debit card.

We wasted our time and money!!!!
