Booked with this Company because they were 'Cheap'!! Booked Hotel in Salou but when I googled address they were actually apartments nowhere near they claimed to be. They had mixed up photos & descriptions. Long story cut short - after repeated emails and lots of waiting around, ringing back and waiting for returned calls, I managed to cancel hotel with them. Which I was relived I was able to do. Just received my phone bill and its cost me over £40!! Everytime I rand and recorded message said 'ring back' it costs 70p. That is obviously making them an absolute FORTUNE!!! Stay away from this Company. I learnt 'You only get what you pay for'.
