I booked two holidays and paid in advance earlier this year. They booked us into the wrong hotel, and the transfer bus did not turn up to take us back to the airport. Despite also having another holiday booked, they couldn't care less. If you have the slightest problem they will not assist in any way whatsoever, but just string you along with a series of waits, knowing that the cost of their 0901 number will get rid of you. Use a reputable organisation, and book over the telephone, never, ever on line, as they use that as an excuse to absolve themselves from responsibility. Once they have your money, you've had it. I am now having to go through the inconvenience of taking county court action against On The Beach to get things resolved.
