“Are they even in Business?”

I have booked with OTB and we fly on Saturday. I have emailed them a week ago and heard nothing. I can't get through to them by telephone either as their numbers are closed. The manage my booking section of their website has been closed down and now we are in a complete panic!
Can anyone help? I am going to try ringing ABTA next but whatever you do, don't book with OTB, they are impossible - a week away won't erase the stress caused by this company.

THIS IS JUST DREADFUL!! Really feel 4 u, and this should just not be allowed to happen to people, especially in the financial climate we are in. Thank you for posting your review, you have lost onthebeach 1 customer here at least! Really hope it all works out, and definately contact ABTA. Good luck.x
