We were booked into a studio apartment. But on arrival all studio apartments were closed. They upgraded us to a 1 bed apartment, but unfortunately the stairs to the bedroom were to steep to climb. We were put into a 2 bed apartment which at this time of year was very cold and impossible to heat.
We stayed one night and then moved on as we did not want to fall ill before xmas. The resort was very tired and most of the shops in the area were closed.
