This was without a doubt the worst service I've ever received from a holiday compamy. It is my strong recommendation not to travel with them.
They didn't let us fly on our scheduled flight.
We had to extend our passports, afterwards the Greek embassy told us that this was unessecary and we should have been allowed to fly. We are currently pursuing the case.
Afterwards they lost our hotel booking, and we had to stay in a new inferior hotel at an extra cost. From four stars to three.
They have been extremely rude to us and did not apologise for poor customer service or offer any refund.
