Trying to tell me that having to print out my own tickets and travel documents is "for your convenience" is irritating nonsense.
It is a very strange way to spell "we are too lazy/tight fisted/cutting our postage and staff costs/scared of going bust to print your tickets so if you really want to go on the holiday you've shelled out £900 for then do it yourself.
We're all used to having to do this sort of thing for companies these days but please don't pretend it is for the customer's benefit. I've travelled with you several times quite happily but it is infuriating to be told to do your work for you and then be told it is for my own good. Who do you think you are? Ryanair?
PLease change this idiotic wording.
