When we got to the airport, our flight had changed and now combined two flights into one. Delay of 2 and a half hours, at that time of night not too pleased. The rep in our resort was very poor. We were eating when she showed for the welcome talk, and all she said was when you finish you can join us, but we were still eating when she finished. She didn't bother coming over to see us and talk to us, obviously being a family we didn't rate too high on her list. The apartments were clean and comfortable, did think that the air conditioning was too high priced, also we had to pay for two units one in one sleeping area and another in the bedroom. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
The same rep didn't even come to the airport when we left, and the rep at the airport I had to approach her to ask where our flight was departing from.
