This has been our fourth stay at Costas and Chrysoulas. We chose to travel with Thomson Airways rather than Strategic Airways after reading reviews for the latter. This has been our best journey to Greece ever with ample leg space and taxi transfer from Heraklion airport to Plakias. We arrived at 22.10 on 7th August 2012 and were greeted by Angelo at the bar with a welcome drink before being shown to our apartment. All rooms have recently been refurbished and are cleaned on a regular basis. We were very happy with the service and found Costas and the staff really hospitable (as always). Costas and Chrysoulas apartments are located close to the wonderful beach and the good range of tavernas which offer excellent food.We were accommodated in room 20 which did not have a hairdryer despite hairdryers being advertised for all rooms. This was the only negative point. We would always come back to Costas and Chrysoulas as we have spent many happy hours there.
