Booked on line, easy to use Olympic site. Slightly worried when I read some reviews on TripAdviser but beggars can't be choosers. Flight on time and met by a very helpful Olympic rep. Arrived 'Butterfly Studios' at 2am. Very clean, staff/owners always helpful and just far enough out of Faliaki not to be woken every night by the late night revellers. Pool area neat and tidy and pool depth marked on all sides. Another Olympic rep was on hand to point us in the right direction on local buses, taxis, motor hire, night life, etc. As Studios are self cateing we soon found very good local restaurants within easy walking distance, though small kiosk on site would do hot and cold snacks from 8am.
Return journey as good as our arrival, coach collected us on time and with minimal fuss. Flight slightly late in leaving due to being held up by fog on their outward journey.
My only bad experience was being 'on hold' for half an hour when I had to contact Olympic before departure, however once I spoke to their adviser my problem was easily solved.
Almost certain to use Olympic again.
