left dumped at the harbour in Rhodes told to leave cases on the dock no appropriate security and the rep said they would be ok as there is no crime (ASSUMPTION) don't they know criminals have holidays too and to ASSUME they will be ok is neither professional or security aware in this current climate. In addition do they realise your holiday insurance is void if the cases go missing. No information about ticket collection for the boat and had to get off the boat to exchange a voucher as was not told this at the airport. Staff incompetent and when challenge the only phrase they no is
" that's what we do " and this is repeated when you ask anything else are they robots a clear rational should be offered, training definately needed. The accommodation was excellent and could not fault it. But come on Olympic in today's world should your staff assume cases are ok and bearing in mind how security concious we should be in today's world I think better training and a secure place to leave luggage and get changed is what should be expected on arrival to the harbour/airport. the service is also inconsistent as dropped at hotel on the way home and cases left in room at hotel and you can change ( get your act together)
