“Avoid extra luggage scam with TorAir”

Long story short - Olympic charged for baggage over 15kgs but the airline (TorAir) allows 20kgs and the clerk said it's a scam by Olympic.

Apartment was supposed to have a sea view and didn't. The Hotel Manager was really rude about this and said Olympic hadn't informed him.

Due to the Greek airport strikes, we were left with just the basic information about our departure, no rep attended throughout the holiday, was uncontactable and left us on the bus, part way to the airport, where there were hundreds of stranded passengers.

I'd never book with Olympic again and hope people will be aware of their conduct.
