we booked are xmas break with olympic holidays through Thomas cook travel agency on jan 11th 2011 for 2weeks in sham le sheikh to go on 18th dec 2011 returning 1st jan 2012 with balance payed by 11th sept it is now 17th nov 2011 olympic holidays tell me that the flights we were booked on have been cancelled i found out that this not true and all they offered us is flights 4 days later or to cancel and get a full refund due to work commitments i cannot change my dates thanks to olympic holiday my xmass is ruined and because i book it through a travel agent customer services refused to talk to me and offered no reason for ruining my xmas hols even though i had had it booked 11 months a go it goes with saying i will never use olympic holiday again
