“Owners beware - Niumba.com do NOT provide adequate...”

If you are thinking of advertising with Niumba, I would think again! I have been an owner with them since 2008, and their support and IT capability seems to be getting worse and worse with each passing day! Niumba 'support' and IT department are both utterly unprofessional and incompetent. They routinely break things on their site, and then don't fix them. They don't respond to error reports. I don't think they test any changes at all before they release them. Each time I have reported a bug (that they made!), that has negatively affected my listing, it takes over a month to fix. They don't give you updates, and just fob you off with excuses. Once, they even closed one of my error reports, saying it was fixed, and it wasn't! As a paying customer, I feel that they are fraudulently taking clients money, without having the skills or knowledge to run a website in a professional way. I am so angry with them, and get more angry each time I have to deal with them, as each time, they prove yet again, that they are incompetent. Is it just me or are there hundreds of dissatisfied owners? And if there are, do you have any tips for actually getting them to do something? Any help or suggestions would be gratefully received, thank you!

“Niumba is collecting money from clients and not paying...”

We are hosts and since Niumba started to ask for listings, since we are already on tripadvisor, we have listed some apartments. Well, after bookings for over 3000 euros, since may 2014, we did not received the money. They are finding all type of excuses instead of making the bank transfer. Really terrible situation. ANd the worst thing is that they are part of Tripadvisor! We already work with them by holidaylettings and everything works well for almost a year. No words! IT is also quite impossible to get replies, and if you call the customer service they will keep you hours on the line... Clients also paid the breakage deposit and they are getting mad at us and at Niumba, but obviously we cannot pay back what Niumba is not paying to us. regards
