Third year booked with newmarket,third year last minute changes (examples) to flight times,(arriving 2.30 in morning)last minute changes to hotels,last one in Italy being of a much lower standard,{newmarkets promise to upgrade or place customer in same rating ?? )therefore part of group,same holiday,paying same rate for lower rated hotel.
When any of these changes have occured over the past three years no offer of refund/alternate holiday has been offered,but a letter stating the changes ten days prior to holiday in last instance.
Have left details on newmarkets complaints site (no recognition of receiving it)
No more holidays with newmarket for us,pictures/information in their glossy holiday brouchure has not once been fulfilled in three years of booking with them.
