Realising that our tickets had not arrived I called Netflight first thing on Monday morning. I had prompt professional and very pleasant customer service. The young lady promised me that they would be sent out by first class post and YES they arrived Tuesday morning. Well done. This is not the first time I have had dealings with Netflight and always had this very good service..
