When I booked my Airfrance+KLM return flight there was no information about luggage. It didn't say no luggage, but it did not say how much either. Knowing that policies have changed recently I sent an email to double check that luggage was indeed included. Netflights told me it was: 1 pc 23kg.
But when I flew there the airline told me it was not included! However, they let me get away with it because of my frequent flier card. So, I emailed Netflights to notify them of the issue for the return flight, and all they said was to try my luck on the way back. I sent a letter telling them this was unacceptable and that a reimbursement should be on offer in a situation like this.
And I tried my luck (largely due to a shortage of time of a business trip), but was charged at the airport as expected.
I emailed Netflights again and they told me to send a receipt. Which I scanned and sent. No reply since, for a few weeks.
Possibly the worst service I have had for a flight booking. Much easier, and turns out cheaper, booking from the airlines themselves.
