Booked a round trip to Colombus Ohio business class, in May, this involved 6 flights all with British Airway code. On return 24 hour delay and down grade on one flight due to first leg being cancelled with no reason given. Neither Netflights who took my cash or BA who issued tickets, will take responsibility, 6 months down the line.
I have booked my next flight directly with KLM, to try an reduce 'wriggle room ' if anything goes wrong.
