Avoid this company at all cost, I will never use them a again. Problems today in Heathrow, called Netflights for assistance because of cancelled flight, the girl didn't even know why flights were cancelled, couldn't help ''call the airline'' was the advice. Heathrow was/is a zoo, as the agent they have a duty of care to the customer. This company is part of Thomas Cook, the directors should be ashamed of the call centre and their attitude.
In future, I will deal directly with the airline, it may cost a few pounds more, but I have never been let down by any of the major airlines when there has been a problem.
