I booked a rental car through Netflights for our trip to the USA. I decided to change the drop-off date a few weeks before we departed and contacted Netflights by phone. Changing the booking was no problem at all. We picked the car up at LAX and got the expected attempt at upselling, in this case it was roadside assistance for an extra $600. I politely advised the guy at the desk that roadside assistance is included - that's what it said on our paperwork. He insisted that only covers things such as the engine blowing up. We declined. We were impressed that we were able to choose whichever full-size car we wanted, of course we chose a top of the range one. I have recommended Netflights to several people. We were very impressed with the price and service.
