booking the ticket wasn't a problem...it was when they called me up a little while before i left to say that they had cancelled my fligts and re-routed me. they hadn't even called me up to ask me if this was okay. they just did it. and it was all becasue our first short flight had been cancelled by American. But when i asked if they could just get me on another airline for my first flight, so that i would still make my connecting flight they said this wans't possible. so I just called up American myself, asled them, they said Netflights had misinformed me, and American got me on another flight.
Felt totally let down by Netflights. Crappy customer service. never again!
