Having used Netflights for several years, past experiences from May 2013 have not been good.
In May I had a flight booked through Netflights to America the return flight took 3 days. The trip was a complete nightmare. While I feel that this was the airline at fault, I informed you of our experience and received a reply. I decided to carry on using Netflight, but never use United Airways ever again.
In March 2013 I made a booking to America again having first checked that
Netflights were on my charity fundraiser (easyfundraising) list. Having made my booking through this link I have not received my donation. This is obviouly a problem between Netflights and easyfundraising, but has resulted in me spending £1500 with you believing I was raising a donation for charity.
Unfortunatley these types of disapointment build up. Therefore in future I will spend my money where I get what I have been led to believe I am paying for.
